I'm a Development Leader who loves working with people to solve interesting problems.

I've worn a few hats over the years: founder, CEO, Director of Creative Technology, and senior game programmer. My career has spanned technology, consulting, and games, built on a left/right-brain combo that started with a Music Technology degree and a youth spent in bands and video games.

As a technologist, I love designing systems and performance optimization. As a business-minded thinker, I love building financial models and optimizing processes. As a leader, I love helping people grow and building a team culture based on trust and respect.

• Oct 2023 - Present: Development Manager @ Auto & General Australia // I run the team that builds things for other teams, the deepest layer of tech. Environments, tooling, access, effeciency. Nerd shit. I love it.
• 2022 - 2023: Senior Unity Developer @ Alta // Helped design Engineering 'Ways of working' and implemented an automated build pipeline[cite: 80, 81].
• 2021 - 2022: Senior Unity Developer @ Kolibri Games // Performance specialist for Idle Miner Tycoon. Improved app load time by 40% and error rate by 75%.
