The Challenge

Mazda sought a way to enable salespeople in dealerships to connect with buyers as experts with an increasingly complex product range. They needed to be able to assist customers in personalising their vehicles to improve customer experience and increase margins.

The Solution

We helped build and deliver Mazda Retail Hub (MRH), a sales assisted kiosk that helps build a bond between the customer and the sales-rep, while they explore the vehicle range. The hub allows buyers to see their chosen vehicle and configure it with the full range of accessories and live pricing updates.

  • Deep Integration: Integration with Mazda’s data from the reflectivity of different paints, to the pricing of complex accessory bundles ensure the latest content is always available digitally in dealers
  • Asset Pipeline: Asset integration and approval pipeline speeds up the process of digitising vehicles and accessories from Mazda product teams
