The Challenge
Military tactics are taught by the Army Knowledge Centre through a series of dense doctrines and lectures. Soldiers find it challenging to visualise and translate the theory into practical warfare scenarios. The Army Knowledge Centre needed a way to make these lessons more impactful.
The Solution
We developed a custom tooling solution which enabled the visualisation of units, their movements and formations, and tactical environments. We also developed a content driven micro-site, and XR demo. Working with military tactical experts we delivered over twenty simulations which were able to convey the intricate timings, potential challenges, and use case scenarios of a tactical manoeuvre in a format that resonated with soldiers.
