So who is this guy?
Well, I spent my youth playing in bands, absorbed in video games, and messing around with computers. That left/right brain combo led to music production and a Bachelor’s in Music Technology.
Then I founded and ran a small business for five years, where I learned to pitch, scope and run digital projects, programming, and the foundations of consulting.
After selling WPC to Deloitte and joining as a director, I focused on productivity and how clients achieve value from digital projects and data-driven decision-making.
After Deloitte, I realised I missed working on the tools, so I joined Kolibri in the development team in a role that enabled me to take my technical and performance analysis skills to the next level.
My ability to engage and explain complex topics in a simple and engaging manner is often cited as one of my most significant strengths. I am also a passionate, emotionally-intelligent leader who drives and inspires high-performing teams.
In my free time, I love playing with my dog, Coco, making fun & weird digital things, reading depressing non-fiction books, and playing D&D.

Kolibri Games
As a Unity Developer at Kolibri Games, I worked on their flagship game Idle Miner Tycoon. As a member of their technical delivery squad, I specialised in code improvements and performance. I would analyse the code-base, identify areas for improvement, design and develop solutions, and then measure the impact. Idle Miner is the world leader in its genre with a huge daily-active player-base. Working on a live game with highly engaged players was an incredible experience.
Career before that
Deloitte Digital
As a director in the digital practice, I led the Digital Reality practice, which was built on the Cactus team. Joining Deloitte was an excellent opportunity for me to learn and grow in my career. In particular, Deloitte is a world leader in large-scale project delivery, governance, and risk management. Even better, I was mentored by a range of experts who taught me so much about client delivery, relationship building, and leadership.

Well Placed Cactus
I co-founded Cactus after university. We grew the business over 5 years to a team of twelve that was delivering creative-technology solutions around the world. We specialized in technical delivery for brand activations, museums, VR and AR. As we grew, I was elected to lead the business as CEO. My proudest achievement was negotiating the company’s acquisition by Deloitte and successfully guiding our team’s transition.
